Our family will be leaving tomorrow (Saturday) for a 2.5 hour drive to Willmar, MN. I have been asked to speak to the teens for the evening activity. My topic will be "Don't Waste Your Life". Our prayer is that these teens will desire to be men and women of God that serve Him with their lives. Please pray with us to that end.
We will have all three services on Sunday (SS, AM, & Afternoon) at Cornerstone Baptist Church. The Pillsbury Baptist Bible College Handbell Choir will also be ministering through music.
Please pray for our family to be a blessing to everyone this weekend as we desire to be faithful to the text and effective in communicating our family mission statement and ministry vision statement.
Whenever there is an afternoon service, this can be a recipe for tired and grumpy children (and parents honestly). Please pray for strength and a sweetness of attitude as we minister when tired.
Plans are to drive home on Sunday late afternoon. Next week, we are all home until the following Saturday. We will be having family time and Kristi and I will plan to try to find a babysitter to be able to go out for supper on Valentine's Day. Other than that...we have no plans...on purpose. It is great to actually be at home after being away for such a long time.
