Wild Rose, WI

Last Saturday & Sunday found us in Wild Rose, WI.
Above: Wild Rose Baptist Church recently moved
into their new beautiful building.

We haven't posted a recent family picture in a while, so here's the latest.
Jordan is 7, Ben will be 6 in late Sept., & Kaylee just turned 3.

After the morning service, the church held their annual picnic.
Pastor Jones grilled the meat and we all enjoyed an extended time of fellowship with the members of the church. There were a few games for the kids to play after the meal.

The big hit was the marshmallow shooters.

As usual, the kids made new friends for the day
and enjoyed playing "boy's only club" in the trees.

Thank you for your prayers as we have a couple days of family time up north for the annual Flinck family reunion. We will have an opportunity to see most of David's side of the family and say goodbye to them as we will be leaving for Texas in two weeks.

David, Passing the Baton looks like a great book. It had just recently come recommended to me, and I am eager to read it. Thanks for the recommendation.

Quick note: I have some Spanish books (Thesaurus, Hymnal, etc.) that I would love to get to you. You leave in two weeks? If you were interested, I would love to get them to you (they will not serve me very well in Tanzania). Is there a time that I could get them to you?
