Kristi was invited to attend the
Ladies Fellowship Anniversary meeting at the church in Padre Las Casas (suburb of Temuco). The ladies from Padre las Casas were celebrating their
37th year of the ladies fellowship.

Teresa (pastor's wife from the 21 de Mayo church) was the main speaker. She gave a challenge on "Having a Mary's Heart in a Martha's World".
The ladies group from the Villa Los Rios church sang a song.
The Padre las Casas ladies group gave a gift of thanks to Earlynne Thompson (GMSA co-worker) for her willingness to head up the ladies group this year. The church currently doesn't have a pastor, thus the church is without a pastor's wife to lead the ladies group.
After the meeting, there was a time of fellowship and food. Kristi enjoyed her time with the ladies at Padre Las Casas.
Interesting Note: Back in 1971, Kristi's dad, Terry, was a short term missionary, and helped build the church building in Padre las Casas.
