Pictures from Conf. (Part 3)

Each year at conference, there are different business/ministry meetings to attend. International business, Chile field business, Chile field council meetings, and special "short-notice-let's-meet-in-the-hallway" meetings. We are thankful to be about the Lord's business/ministry here in South America. Yes, meetings get long and at times dry, but looking at the big picture, we all strive to be faithful and wise servants and stewards of the Lord's funds and ministry opportunities.

While it is true that there are many meetings, that does not mean that there isn't time for fun and recreation. Above: Anyone for a friendly game of volleyball with a beautiful backdrop of the lake and mountains?

"Fun Night" is one of the highlights of the week...especially for the kids. It is made up of skits, funny stories, and a pictorial powerpoint with all the pictures from the week at camp.

It is a wonderful thing to laugh with the people you work with. Above: New missionary couples: Dan & Diana Kunnari and Kristi and I go through the "required" dating game. It's a tradition for every new couple to be put on the "hot seat".

Mealtimes are a "free for all" if you are sitting at the kid's table. We are thankful that the boys are at the age where they can sit and eat on their own without causing too much of a mess. Our kids have made new friends and loved the time at camp.
