Hosting the Church Youth Group

Kristi and I have started to host the church youth group at our house once every other month. The youth group meets every Saturday afternoon for an hour and a half. They have been meeting at the church, but once every two months they will have a "change of location" and an opportunity to spend some time at our house.

We had a time of singing, prayer and a short devotional by Pastor Marcelo. After the devotional, we had some snacks and watched part of a World Cup soccer game.

Jenny with Lukas. Kristi has been doing a one on one Bible study every Friday afternoon with Jenny. We are thankful to see the Lord working in her heart and life.

Please pray for these teens in the youth group. There is so much potential for each one. At the same time there are so many distractions that the world offers. Please pray that they will be grounded in the Word of God and have Biblical discernment in life.
