My favorite time of day here on the RGBI campus is just after supper as the sun is setting. Evening temps. are anywhere from
60 to 70 degrees during these last months. We have
seven more Texas nights here at RGBI and then we fly home to MN for three weeks worth of "real" winter nights...you know...with fireplaces, flannel sheets, flannel pj's, big mugs with hot chocolate, wind chills, snow, and scraping the windshield off in the mornings.
Brrrrrrrrrrrr. We will miss our months of warmth here in Texas.

Kristi and I have been
walking around campus at night after the kids are fast asleep. The views around campus will forever be burned into our minds. I wanted to share with you all some of the campus and how it looks at night.

Each building and sidewalk holds memories of events, classes, and most importantly...people. We want to
express our thankfulness for this place, for the people who serve here, and to our God who called us here for this past year.

We so agree - evening is one of our favorite times to walk on campus. I love your beautiful pictures. We feel the same way about this place - tons of memories that we'll carry with us. Blessings on you all and your family as you enjoy your last 7 or is it 6 now, nights and head to Chile where God has called you. Stay in touch!
Campus is beautiful at night. I'm glad you have such special memories to cherish from RGBI!
I know how you feel...so many memories. I love the campus at night too and some of the amazing sunsets!
It was great to see you all again. Hope finals go well next week.
Thanks for sharing the experience, David.
Been meaning to tell you, that picture of Chile at the top of your blog blows my mind! What an earth our God has made. Zoinks.
