This week, our family has been up in the north woods of Wisconsin at a special place called Northland Baptist Bible College. This is our third time attending the missions conference because it is such a great opportunity to rub shoulders with veteran missionaries/speakers and with the college students.
The theme this year is "Redeeming the Time".
I will post several articles about our time and ministry here at NBBC once we get home this weekend. So come back again to read more and view more pictures of the conference. The Lord has been using His Word to minister to our hearts and lives and we would like to share that with you.
Prayer Items:
1. We will be speaking to 4th-6th Graders Wed. night at Faith Baptist Church in Pembine. Pray that the time will be effective in challenging these children to "invest" their lives for eternity and not just to "spend" their lives.
2. Thursday, I (David) will be sharing in the college Spanish class about the needs and opportunities in Chile. Pray that the Lord will send forth more laborers into His ready harvest fields.
3. We should arrive home late Friday night. Pray for saftey on the roads as it has been snowing this week and very windy.
4. We have scheduled another VBS week during the summer up here in N. WI and we desire prayer in planning the missions challenges for 4 different age groups.

Hi Flincks! It was sooo great to see you all last week. I posted pics on our blog that you can "steal" and remember to pray for us, as we will be praying for you!! Chloe just came up to the computer and pointed at Kristi and said, "eee". I think that was her way of saying your name :) Thanks for the letter. You are so sweet and I enjoyed our time together.
